The semi-recessed paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle unit is constructed from heavy-gauge, 18-8, type-304 stainless steel with an all-welded design for enhanced durability and a refined appearance. The door, made from 18-gauge (1.2mm) type-304 stainless steel, features a satin finish and a 9/16" (14mm) 90° return for added rigidity. It is securely attached to the cabinet via a concealed, full-length stainless steel piano hinge and is equipped with a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter to prevent overextension and damage. Two tumbler locks, keyed to match other Bobrick washroom accessories, are integrated flush with the door for a sleek, tamper-resistant look. The unit also includes a skirt made from 22-gauge (0.8mm) type-304 stainless steel with a matching satin finish.

The paper towel dispenser, also fabricated from 22-gauge (0.8mm) type-304 stainless steel with a satin finish, features a rounded towel tray with a hemmed opening to allow smooth, tear-free dispensing. It has a large capacity, capable of holding 600 C-fold, 800 multifold, or 1100 singlefold paper towels. An optional Bobrick TowelMate® accessory (Model No. 3803-130) is available to improve dispensing efficiency. This add-on ensures towels are dispensed one at a time, reducing waste and preventing bulging, sagging, or accidental falls through the opening, thanks to a nylon rod and a 90° return towel guide.

The waste container is a removable, leak-proof, rigid molded plastic bin with a capacity of 6.3 gallons (24 litres), making it ideal for high-traffic restrooms. The unit is designed for easy servicing - simply unlock the door with the provided key and remove the container. The cable door-swing limiter helps safeguard adjacent fixtures and walls during access.

Installation requires a framed rough wall opening measuring 11-1/2" wide by 53-5/8" high (292 x 1362 mm) and a minimum recessed depth of 3-3/4" (95 mm). Installers must ensure clearance for structural elements behind the wall and use shims and #8 x 1-1/4" (4.2 x 32 mm) sheet-metal screws (not included) at designated points. If the unit extends above a wainscot, an aluminum channel or similar filler should be used to bridge any visible gap.
