The TowelMate is compatible with a wide range of Bobrick models including the B-3942, B-3944, B-3947, and B-3949 ClassicSeries, the B-4362, B-43944, and B-43949 ConturaSeries (standard in units prior to May 2010), and the B-38032, B-39034, and B-390349 TrimLineSeries, as well as similar models from other manufacturers.

The TowelMate Accessory features a towel guide angle with a 90-degree return that helps prevent paper towels from falling forward when the cabinet door is opened for servicing. The support rod ensures smooth, one-at-a-time dispensing of towels, effectively reducing issues such as tabbing, tearing, bulging, sagging, and bunching.

To install, users simply open the towel cabinet, remove any existing paper towels and adapters, and affix the TowelMate module inside the dispenser using the pre-applied double-sided tape. The support rod is then positioned evenly across the towel tray opening, and towels are loaded with the bottom leaf facing forward.

The first sheet is fed over the rod and through the opening to begin dispensing.The TowelMate should be positioned between the brackets. Once installed, dispensers fitted with the TowelMate Accessory can accommodate up to 800 multifold towels, providing efficient, controlled dispensing while maintaining a neat and hygienic restroom environment.
