Designed as an optional enhancement for select Bobrick paper towel dispensers, this accessory fits models B-3942, B-3944, B-3947, and B-3949 from the ClassicSeries; B-4362, B-43944, and B-43949 from the ConturaSeries (standard in units manufactured prior to May 2010); and B-38032, B-39034, and B-390349 from the TrimLineSeries. The TowelMate module incorporates a towel guide angle with a 90-degree return to prevent paper towels from falling forward when the dispenser door is opened for maintenance.

Its support rod helps ensure one-at-a-time dispensing, significantly reducing issues such as tabbing, tearing, bulging, sagging, or bunching. To install, the dispenser door is opened and all paper towels and any existing plastic adapters are removed. The TowelMate is then affixed inside the cabinet using the adhesive tape backing, with the rod positioned evenly over the towel tray opening.

The module is pressed firmly into place before paper towels are reloaded. For models manufactured prior to July 2006 that use stainless steel towel guide brackets, the TowelMate is inserted between these brackets. Once installed, the TowelMate enables the dispenser to deliver up to 800 multifold paper towels efficiently and hygienically, while maintaining a clean, professional appearance in any washroom environment.
