The Bobrick recessed paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle is a high-quality, space-efficient unit constructed from type 304, heavy-gauge stainless steel for exceptional durability and a sleek, modern appearance. Designed with an all-welded cabinet and a 1.2 mm (18-gauge) stainless steel door, the unit features a 14 mm (9/16") 90° return edge for added rigidity.

The door is secured to the cabinet using a concealed, full-length stainless steel piano hinge and includes a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter to prevent overextension. For secure and seamless integration into commercial washrooms, the door is fitted with two flush-mounted tumbler locks keyed to match other Bobrick accessories, eliminating any protrusions.

The dispenser is fabricated from 22-gauge (0.8 mm) stainless steel with a satin or matte black finish and includes a hemmed towel tray opening to prevent tearing of paper towels during dispensing. It accommodates up to 600 C-fold, 800 multifold, or 1100 singlefold towels and is equipped with Bobrick's TowelMate® system, which includes a 90° return towel guide angle to prevent towel spillage when the door is opened for servicing.

The TowelMate rod assembly, consisting of a central nylon rod and stainless steel support screws, is field-replaceable and securely fixed in place with stop screws. The unit also features a removable, leak-proof, rigid moulded plastic waste container with a 6.3-gallon (24.0-litre) capacity, designed for easy servicing. The dispenser operates without the need for adapters or additional trays and is engineered for simple access via the lockable door.

Installation requires a recessed rough wall opening of 11-1/2" wide by 53-5/8" high (292 x 1362 mm) with a minimum depth of 5-3/4" (146 mm). Proper coordination with mechanical systems is advised to avoid conflicts with in-wall components such as pipes and conduits. Where the unit projects above a wainscot, a filler material should be installed to close any visible gaps. The cabinet is mounted using shims and secured with sheet-metal screws at designated anchor points for optimal stability and performance.
