The Bobrick B-38033 TrimLineSeries™ is a recessed 3-in-1 combination unit that integrates a paper towel dispenser, automatic hand dryer, and waste receptacle in a compact and efficient design, ideal for high-traffic washrooms. Constructed from durable 18-8, type-304 stainless steel, the cabinet features all-welded construction for strength and longevity. The door is fabricated from 1.2mm (18-gauge) stainless steel with a 14mm (9/16") 90° return edge to maximise rigidity.
It is mounted to the cabinet with a concealed, full-length stainless steel piano hinge and equipped with a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter and dual tumbler locks that are keyed alike to match other Bobrick washroom fixtures. The unit's paper towel dispenser is made from 0.8mm (22-gauge) stainless steel and includes a rounded, hemmed towel tray opening to dispense towels without tearing. It accommodates up to 450 C-fold, 600 multifold, or 850 singlefold paper towels.
The waste container is constructed from leak-proof, rigid moulded plastic and is removable for easy servicing, with a total capacity of 12.5 litres. An integrated stainless steel air deflector prevents the dryer airflow from interfering with the waste bin. The automatic hand dryer, suitable for international use only, operates on 220-240V AC, 7 Amps, and 1500-1700 Watts. It features a one-piece fire-retardant moulded cover in Bobrick grey (#889), secured with stainless steel screws, and includes international operating symbols on the front.
The dryer’s base and fan housing are made from fire-retardant, high-gloss grey moulded plastic, CE marked and VDE approved. A brushless external rotor motor with sealed ball bearings powers the centrifugal fan, which is dynamically balanced and delivers airflow at 90 CFM. The nickel-chrome heating element, located on the fan's inlet side, ensures uniform heat distribution and is protected by an automatic thermal overload switch.
The electronic infrared sensor automatically activates the dryer when hands are placed under the air outlet and stops when hands are removed. It includes a safety shutoff that halts operation after approximately two minutes if an object is detected across the sensor lens, and resumes normal function once the obstruction is removed. For installation, the unit requires a framed rough wall opening measuring 350mm wide by 1380mm high with a minimum recessed depth of 145mm.
