The Bobrick semi-recessed paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle in Matte Black is a precision-crafted fixture that blends contemporary design with high-capacity performance, making it an excellent choice for high-traffic commercial washrooms. Engineered with user efficiency and durability in mind, it includes the integrated TowelMate® system, which helps minimize waste and promotes controlled dispensing. The door is equipped with flush-mounted tumbler locks for a clean, tamper-resistant appearance and features 14mm 90° return edges that conceal the wall flange while enhancing the unit’s structural integrity. A coordinating stainless steel skirt accommodates 100mm thick walls, ensuring a seamless, built-in look.

The cabinet is constructed from heavy-gauge, type-304 stainless steel with all-welded construction, offering outstanding strength and resistance to corrosion. The door, made from 18-gauge (1.2mm) type-304 stainless steel, is available in a satin or matte black finish and is affixed to the cabinet with a concealed, full-length stainless steel piano hinge for smooth and reliable operation. For added safety and convenience, the door includes a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter and two flush tumbler locks keyed to match other Bobrick accessories. The 22-gauge (0.8mm) stainless steel skirt matches the unit's finish to maintain visual uniformity.

Inside, the 22-gauge stainless steel paper towel dispenser features a rounded, hemmed towel tray designed to prevent tearing. It accommodates up to 600 C-fold, 800 multifold, or 1100 singlefold towels without the need for extra components or adapters. The built-in TowelMate® system includes a 90° return towel guide to prevent towels from spilling forward when the door is opened, along with a central nylon rod secured by two stainless steel rod screws and reinforced by two stop screws to hold the assembly firmly in place. This assembly is field-replaceable for long-term serviceability.

The unit includes a 24-liter rigid molded plastic waste container that is leak-proof and removable, allowing for quick and easy maintenance.

Installation requires a framed rough wall opening measuring 292mm wide by 1362mm high, with a minimum recessed depth of 95mm. Installers must ensure the wall cavity is free of obstructions such as plumbing or electrical components. If the unit extends above a wainscot, a filler such as an aluminum channel should be used to close the gap between the flange and the finished wall surface. The cabinet must be properly shimmed at all marked points and secured with #8 x 4.2 x 32mm sheet-metal screws (not included).
