The recessed Matt Black Paper Towel Dispenser and waste receptacle is meticulously crafted from heavy-gauge Type-304 stainless steel, delivering exceptional durability and a refined, contemporary look. The unit features a fully welded cabinet, while the door is constructed from 18-gauge (1.2 mm) stainless steel with 9/16" (14 mm) 90° return edges to enhance structural rigidity. For secure and smooth operation, the door is attached via a concealed, full-length stainless steel piano hinge and includes a stainless steel cable door-swing limiter and friction catch, preventing overextension and ensuring controlled access.

Internally, the paper towel dispenser is fabricated from 22-gauge (0.8 mm) stainless steel and accommodates up to 300 C-fold or 400 multifold paper towels without the need for any adjustments or additional components. The dispenser integrates Bobrick’s TowelMate® system, which features a 90° return towel guide designed to prevent towels from spilling out during maintenance. The TowelMate assembly includes a central nylon rod secured by two stainless steel rod screws, with two additional stainless steel stop screws to lock the assembly in place. This component is field-replaceable, and units produced prior to February 2021 can be retrofitted using the Bobrick TowelMate Accessory (Model No. 369-130).

The waste container is a removable, rigid molded plastic unit that is completely leakproof and offers a capacity of 1.6 gallons (6.1 liters). It is easily accessed by opening the door, providing straightforward and hygienic servicing. The door also conceals the mounting flange, preserving a sleek and tidy appearance.

Installation requires a recessed, framed wall opening measuring 11-1/2" wide by 29-1/2" high (290 x 750 mm), with a minimum depth of 3-3/4" (95 mm). Installers should ensure proper clearance for plumbing, electrical conduits, or other in-wall obstructions. Where the unit extends above a wainscot, a filler—such as an aluminum channel—should be used to eliminate any gap between the wall and the flange. The cabinet should be mounted using shims at all designated points and secured with #8 x 1-1/4" sheet-metal screws (not included).
