Our Delivery Charges and times explained
Delivery Charges
All deliveries have a standard charge of £6.50 + VAT across the board. Where stated, certain products are delivered FREE of charge (mainland UK only). Check the description of the desired product and if it says free delivery then you will not be charged for delivery.

Delivery Times
All products will have a delivery time stated in their description. Next Day - these products will be delivered Next Day if ordered before 12.00, or in certain circumstances up until 4.00pm. Please call if you require a Next Day and we will try our best to get it to you. Certain products will state within 48hrs, within 3 Days or within 5 days. These products will be delivered within the time stated. If you require delivery on a certain day please put this in the comments and we will aim to deliver on that day.
Certain products such as radiators are delivered after 5 working days, when purchasing a radiator please put in a desired delivery date which is 5 working days after ordering. In some cases, stock permitting, we can get radiators out sooner. Please call or put in the customer comments if you need something urgently and we will try our best.

If you live in any of the following Post Code areas IV3-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-40, PH50, we offer the following delivery service: Within 5 Working Days at £15 Plus VAT. For KW1-3, PA36, PA40 we offer the following delivery service: Within 5 Working Days at £15 Plus VAT. For HS1 -9 we offer the following delivery service: Within 5 Working Days at £21 Plus VAT. If your order weighs more than 10kg, you will be charged for the total cost of delivery. We will contact you prior to completing your order to advise you of the total cost of delivery.
We realize this may seem expensive, but unfortunately this is what we get charged by the couriers. Prestige washrooms do not make any money on deliveries. Certain products such as radiators, storage heaters, and baby changing units, because of the weight, may incur additional charges. We will inform you prior to dispatch if there are any additional charges to pay.

Saturday Deliveries
We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products but there will be an additional charge, we can also arrange timed deliveries before 10.00, before 12.00 or afternoon deliveries - again there will be an additional charge made by the courier.

Please note: Although we will do our utmost to deliver your product in the time stated we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. Please do not book a plumber, electrician, etc until you have received the goods as we will not be held responsible for their time. Please read our terms and conditions for further details.
