- Detection range (Range Button) The detection range refers to the maximum distance an object can be located to activate the system. The sensor range for all Dolphin Blue products can also be changed manually.
- Security time for taps The security time prevents continuous flow of water due to reflection or vandalism. If the sensor is covered for more than 90 seconds, the water flow will shut automatically. To resume regular operation any obstruction must be removed.
- Flow time in flush valves for urinals or toilets (Flow time button) This button allows changing the water flush time once the user leaves the urinal or the toilet.
- Delay in time (Delay in button) The delay in time prevents unwanted activations. This can occur, for example, if a person passes close to the urinal or a toilet without the intention of using it. Due to the delay in setting, the sensor will only activate the system if the user is detected for the pre-set amount of seconds. It is recommended to change the delay in time of flush valves for urinals or toilets only.
- Delay out time (Delay out button) Tap: This button allows modifying the water flow after the user removes his hands from in front of the tap. A delay out time close to 0 will save more water. An increased delay out time will make the user experience more comfortable.
Flush valves: This function allows modifying the time water starts to flush after the user leaves the toilet or urinal. In this case, a delay out time close to 0 will activate the flush immediately although the user has not left the toilet yet. An increased delay out time will make the user experience more comfortable, but high traffic conditions should be taken into consideration. - Temporary off function (Button On/Off) This function is ideal to perform any kind of activity in front of the sensor without operating the system (for example, a deep cleansing).
- Reset (Reset button) This function allows the sensor to return to the original factory settings.
